So you may be wondering who is this chick and why should I trust her to help me?
I'm Landy. I'm a mom of two adorable and sassy kiddos. I also had a prolapse 5 days after my second baby, because I had no idea how to care for my post baby body. After my prolapse, I was told I couldn't even lift my toddler and getting back to my active life seemed hopeless. I loved to run and had dreamed of running 5k's with my kids as they grew up.
I was not going to settle for life with a prolapse so I decided to learn to heal myself. And I did. I also started helping other women as a pelvic therapist and saw the lack of information given to women to help them heal their bodies after birth. Every woman should know how to regain their core & pelvic floor and feel good in their body as a mom.
I also have some degrees that helped me gain the knowledge I needed to create this program and heal my own body. So if you're interested... I have my masters in occupational therapy. I am a women's health pelvic therapist and a Certified Birth Healing Specialist. As a therapist I specialize in helping women who have experienced a traumatic birth heal physically and emotionally.
