Meet Landy

Hey there, I'm Landy. I'm a mom of two, a women's health pelvic therapist, and a Certified Birth Healing Specialist. My story is probably similar to yours. I struggled with my body after having babies. I experienced a traumatic birth with my first baby and a prolapse after my second baby. I struggled to find a way to heal my body and emotions so I could be the mom I dreamed of being.

Working with releasing the trauma from my body, physical healing, and supporting my core & pelvic floor I have fully healed and now help other women fully heal after a traumatic birth.

As a mom, I have used these same techniques to heal my own body, and as a therapist, I have helped hundreds of women regain control of their bodies and heal emotionally from birth so they can be the amazing woman that was struggling to shine.
