Right now, wherever you are, place one hand gently over your heart, and the other on your lower belly. Close your eyes for a moment. Feel the warmth of your own touch. Let your shoulders soften. Breathe in through your nose for a count of four… Hold for a moment… And exhale slowly through your mouth for six. Do it again. Let your breath settle into the rhythm of safety. Let your body hear, “I’m here. I’ve got you.” You don’t need to fix anything in this moment. Just be with yourself. This is how we start to regulate. This is how we connect and align our heart and our pelvic power. Not through control—but through connection. Not through performance—but presence.
