Our brains are no longer able to get to the calm resting place. That place that feels good.  But instead, your brain is ALWAYS living in survival mode, feeling threatened. 

 It's not your fault! It's just your brain trying to keep you alive. You have to reset your stress response to get out of survival mode to start feeling in control.

 

When our brains don't get the opportunity to reset, it keeps us feeling anxious and worried. We don't sleep well. We eat to feel better and not necessarily healthy. Plus because we are on edge ALL OF THE TIME, we tend to snap at others and regret it later. It's not your fault! It is the way your brain is trying to survive. But to feel good you need to move out of survival. To do that you need a little brain reset. 
 
Our brains get the biggest reset when we change how we respond to stress (our nervous system). Our nervous system is what allows us to rest, digest our food, and get ready to run and fight. It is our life gauge letting us know when we are SAFE! The Mighty Mom Mind is an 8-week program consisting of individual and group sessions. You will receive homework to carry over the strategies you learn during the sessions into your daily life. I'm a mom I get how hard it is trying to add one more thing to the plate, so the homework will be structured in ways you can easily use in your day and take no more than 10 minutes.
